Our value package includes one slice of cheese on a corn-dusted split-top bun. Every burger is served with french fries.

• BBQ Bacon Smash Cheeseburger: Sweet Baby Ray’s BBQ sauce, American cheese and bacon

Taco Package: $22 per person

Two tacos per guest.

• Birria Tacos: beef birria with Monterey Jack cheese, onion and cilantro, plus consommé for dipping. Served with french fries.

• Mojo Chicken Tacos: all-white-meat mojo chicken with melted Monterey Jack cheese and jalapeño-pineapple slaw. Served with french fries.

• Vegetarian Tacos: Impossible™ “beef” with Monterey Jack cheese, onion and cilantro. Served with french fries.

• Pennie’s All American Smash Burger: American cheese, crisp iceberg lettuce, tomato, pickles and not-so-secret sauce on a brioche bun

• Birria Smash Burger: ground beef topped with shredded birria, Monterey Jack cheese, cilantro, onion and Sriracha mayo on a brioche bun, with consommé

• Birria Tacos: two beef birria tacos with Monterey Jack cheese, onion and cilantro, plus consommé for dipping

Premium Smash Burger and Taco Package: $32 per person

Go ahead and treat your guests to the best of our handcrafted smash burgers. Every burger comes with two slices of cheese on a brioche bun, with your choice of plain french fries or truffle fries.

• Pennie’s All American Smash Burger: American cheese, caramelized onions, crisp iceberg lettuce, tomato, pickles and not-so-secret sauce

• Birria Smash Burger: shredded birria, Monterey Jack cheese, cilantro, onion and Sriracha mayo, with consommé

• Beatty Blue Smash Burger: crumbled blue cheese, bacon, cracked black pepper, fried onion rings and garlic aioli
